Introduction

Fencing is a competitive sport and to help young fencers learn how to compete, Yorkshire Fencing run the Yorkshire Youth League; a series of tournaments though out the year.

The main aim of the Youth League is to give new young fencers experience and an opportunity to get to grips with the ins and outs of fencing tournaments before venturing further afield and taking on tournaments with a higher standard.

Whilst the league does have rankings, trophies and medals, it is perfect for fencers with no competition experience and for those who have competed before but do not yet have confidence to enter the wider national competitions.

In each year, as part of the league, competitions are organised by local clubs within Yorkshire and also by the Yorkshire Fencing Committee.

New for 2017 - Online Entry

As part of our development, we have introduced an online entry and payment feature as well as a full set of results from 2016 and rankings.  You will be able to plan your Yorkshire competitions in advance and track your fencers progress as well as that of your club mates.
